A	Alexander Hann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한국의 맛하면 떠오르는 전라도 그 전라도의 나름 중심 광주에서 마라탕을 처음 먹어봤습니다. 사천성 챙두와 충칭여행시 가는곳 마다 훠궈 밖에 없어 매운 것을 양것 먹은 십몇년전 그때를 생각하며 요즘은 뜸해진 서울 대림동 방문을 생각하며 광주의 외국인 거주지인 월곡동 월곡시장 뒤편 정무오리점 이란 곳을 구글맵에서 접한후 가고싶느곳으로 저장후 1년 만에 가봅니다. 우선 주변에는 비슷한 분위기의 가게가 2~3곳있고 그중 이곳 정무오리점을 가보았습니다.(가게이름 작명당시는 오리혀 등이 주메뉴였던듯) 우선 흔한 손잡이 없는 양푼 냄비?에 각종 마라탕 재료를 고르면 무게측정 및 가격확인후 매운맛단계 알림를 이야기한후 (약한 맛으로) 끓여 나오는 편리함까지 겸비했네요...비교적 맛있습니다. 요즘은 자극적인 맛을 의식적으로 피하다 보니 매운음식을 즐겨먹지 않치만 그래도 다시 가보고 싶으 맛 입니다. 무게로 가격 책정하니 고기 해산물 버섯 위주로 담으면 좋고 부피만 커지는 면류는 잘 안퍼지는 당면류, 건두부를 면처럼 썰어 놓은 것 등을 추천 드립니다.
