★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제 개인적인 경험은 아주 만족합니다. 해외에서 가족 방문차 한달 조금 넘게 있는데 있는 동안 여기 헬스장에서 한달간 운동을 하였습니다. 버젯 관련상 많이는 아니지만 다섯번 정도 파티도 받았습니다.
우선은 헬스장이 깔끔합니다. 피티 선생님들께서 솔선수범해서 중간 중간 청소도 하시고요. 앞에 프로튼에 직원분도 항상 인사 밝게 해주십니다.
저는 캐빈 선생님께 피티 지도를 받았는데 다섯번만 하고 잠깐만 있다가 가는 회원임에도 불구하고 제가 희망하는 관련 목표에 따라서 성심성의껏 가르쳐 주셨습니다. 단순한 동작 형태뿐만 아니라 몸에 맞는 가동범위 자극점, 횟수, 근육의 움직임과 집중, 그리고 약한 부분 보완 할수 있는 운동 노하우까지 뒤로 내빼는것없이 성심성의껏 가르쳐주셔서 저는 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

My personal experience is very satisfactory. I've been away for a little over a month to visit my family abroad, and while I was there, I worked out here for a month at the gym. It's not a lot in terms of budget, but we've had about five parties.
First of all, the gym is clean. Petty teachers take the lead and clean in the middle. The staff at Proton in front always greet you brightly.
I received PT instruction from Mr. Cabin, and although I am a member who only works 5 times and stays for a while, he taught me sincerely according to the related goals I hoped for. I was very satisfied because they taught me not only simple movements, but also the range of motion stimulation points that fit the body, the number of times, the movement and concentration of the muscles, and the exercise know-how that can compensate for the weak areas.
