★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장점은 지상주차장 없고, 동간거리 넓고, 내부구조 잘빠졌고, 길안건너도 초등학교갈수있고, 단지 내에 국공립어린이집 있고, 고속도로 올리기 좋아요. 단점은 지하철 도보 10분거리
The advantage is that there is no ground parking lot, the distance between the buildings is wide, the internal structure is good, you can go to elementary school across the street, there is a national and public daycare center in the complex, and it is good to go up the highway. The downside is a 10-minute walk from the subway

길치인 분도 멀리서도 눈에 띠는 아파트임.
주차공간도 차간 거리가 넓은 편임(좁은 곳에 주차하면 문을 못여는 다른 아파트가 많음)
The structure of the house is definitely the best among nearby apartments.
It is an apartment that stands out even from far away even if you are a gilchi.
The parking space is also wider (there are many other apartments where the door cannot be opened when parking in a narrow place)
