히커리나무 훈연 삼겹살, 목살스테이크,
쉬림프 토마토 숩, 감바스 알 아히요 주문
감바스는 새우가 크고 식감이 좋지만 좀 짜서 많이 먹기가 힘들었고, 마늘은 좀 적어서 다른 메뉴들에 비해서 약간 섭섭함이 있었습니다.
토마토 숩은 약간 매콤했지만 그래도 먹을 만 했습니다.
훈연메뉴는 숙주가 닭보다는 돼지고기와 더 어울리는 것 같아 두종류만 주문했습니다.

플래터는 세종류(삼겹살 목살 치킨 싸이) 다 너무 맛있었습니다. 밑에 깔려있는 숙주까지도요.
포크 샐러드는 시저 드레싱을 했는데 맛은 있었으나 포크랑은 잘 어울리진 않는다는 생각도 들었으나 그래도 괜찮았습니다.
조개숩은 처음엔 와인향이 돌아 취향이 아닌 듯 했으나
초로 가열해서 그런지나중엔 좀 더 맛이 있었던 거같습니다.

The gambas had large shrimp and good texture, but it was a bit salty, so it was difficult to eat a lot, and the garlic was a little bit disappointing compared to other menus.
The tomato soup was a little spicy, but still edible.
As for the smoked menu, I only ordered two kinds because the host seemed to go better with pork than chicken.

All three kinds of platters (samgyeopsal, pork belly, and chicken pie) were so delicious. Even the host underneath.
Pork salad was served with Caesar dressing and tasted good, but I thought it didn't go well with pork, but it was okay.
The clam chowder didn't seem to my taste at first because it smelled like wine.
Because it was heated with candles, it seemed to have a bit more flavor later on.

Update: update two years later, still the best place in town by far and you'll get better Texas barbecue here than you would in most parts of Texas! Don't miss it. The Chili included with the chips is beyond belief great and their ale is amazing. A++++++++ win.

Local residential area so hardly find the nice pub near here. Most of restaurants are for the family and madam but here is exceptional.
Barbecue main
Nacho, quesadillas, wings, fried rice.. quite a good small side dishes with good price. Good service with kind young staffs.
If you go camping, you may order this barbecue to go. **
