★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사실 유명해지기 전부터 갔었는데
그러니까 근7년됐나??그런데 사장님 바뀌시고 뭔가 달라진 기분이다.
물론 테이블이나 기타 장식들이 깨끗해지고 양념도 그대로 전수받은 것 같지만.
원래의 그 느낌을 살짝 버리고 새롭게 뭔가를 해보려고 해서 살짝 아쉽다.

Of course, the tables and other decorations seem to be clean, and the seasonings are still passed on.
It's a pity to throw away the original feeling and try something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돈치스테이크, 일행은 안심스테이크를 먹었습니다. 낯선 분위기 옛감성의 오래된 인테리어만큼이나 기억 속 맛이 나는 스테이크였습니다. 특히 안심스테이크는 예전 새마을호 식당칸에서 먹던 맛이 기억났습니다. 포도주를 넣고 졸인듯한 소스맛이 예전 맛 그대로였습니다. 돈치 소스는 매콤한 쪽입니다. 참고하세요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 딸내미 추천으로 가본 곳이지만, 20대의 젊은 층에겐 신선하게 다가올 분위기라면 50대인 저에겐 우리네 20대때의 분위기는 반정도 밖에 못 느끼겠더군요. 좀 엉성하게 분위기를 낸 정도랄까. 미국서부스탈이라기엔 억지스런 분위기입니다. 아! 토마토스파게틴 정말 아닌것이 신맛만 느껴질뿐 진한 맛은 없더군요. 치킨삼겹스테이크와 함박도 함께 시켰는데 치킨삼겹의 소스는 제입엔 좀 짜단 느낌이더군요. 그리고 식전 스프는 또 싱거울 정도로 점도도 낮았어요. 식후 헤이즐럿 커피도 마셔봤는데 기냥 헤이즐 커피 더군요. 재방문 의사는 별루~

I also drank hazelnut coffee after dinner, but it was like hazel coffee. The doctor who visits again is not good~
