★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is just walking distance from DPP and dongdaemun market. Some of their English signs have grammatical errors and wrong-spelled words Overall satisfied with the service & stay in this hotel. The subway station is on the corner and convenient. Appreciated the wide range of TV-channel choices from local Korean programs to worldwide news/entertainment shows/movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't feel welcomed by the Front Office. Each day, our impression of them gets worst. As it has been raining, a simple request for an umbrella is met with stern looks on the staff's faces.
Not even a simple smile or greeting is uttered. You can tell from the body language, these people are not suitable for the hospitality industry.
Once, when one them handed us an umbrella, it fell and he made no attempt to pick it up nor apologise. Not that we're hard-up for one but these are the basic traits of working in the industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel's location is very good just 10mins walk to shopping area. room size is big enough to open two luggage.and easy to communicate with the hotel staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful front desk. Had 2 back to back reservations, just need to check in once. However, housekeeping did not clean the utensils in the basin nor replenish the drinking water in the fridge though "Excellent location","Near metro station","Room was good"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with a bunch of friends and had the best time of my life. Location is excellent with the airport limo stop just at the door step of the hotel. The rooms are adequate and equipped like for long term stay with microwave, fridge and a few pieces of cutlery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is easy to reach from any direction thanks to its central location and its proximity to nearby metro line. There is a daily cleaning service where they tidy the room and replace towels. The rooms are small yet incredibly designed to accomodate all the necassary things for comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, its location is accessible to the tourist spots in Seoul. We only took a taxi once, that was when we were going back to the hotel from the Namsan Tower. Second, room is clean and spacious; it comes with a kitchenette too. Though the appliances were a bit outdated, it wasn't an issue since they were fully functional. It was comfortable for us to stay there with a 5-month old. We didn't have a queen-size bed; I'm not sure though if they have one since my husband made the reservation. Lastly, parking is free but the spaces are a bit to small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is accommodating. Some of the receptionist not speak English and it makes hard time. Location is in the center near mall convenient store and restaurants around the area. Airport limousine 6001 stop in the hotel. Subway is 2-5 mins walk ( green, violet and blue line) in terms of transportation it's very accessible.
Room is clean have small kitchen, easy to cook there's a fish market near by.
Cleaning of room I don't know about their schedule they only usually get the trash and change the towels
Water and coffee is only provided in the first day.
Wifi is working good
6 nights of stay I probably can say I don't get problem at all in this hotel I honestly enjoy the location.
