★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오후쯤 되면 잘나가는 빵은 거의 빠져있고, 본사서 완제품으로 받는 빵(봉지에 담겨 유통기한 찍혀있는것들)은 많이도 받아두어서.. 진열대 앞과 뒤쪽 빵의 유통기한을 비교하면 2~3일씩 차이난다.
즉, 빵을 잘 안채워늫는다.
내가 갔을때만의 문제인지는 모르겠는데, 알바가 한 분 뿐이다. 그 분이 포장하고 커피내리고 손님응대하고 케익설명하고 케익포장하고... 손님 3팀만 되어도 계산재에 줄을 서게된다. 알바가 손이 빠른편은 아닌것 같긴 한데, 알바의 문제라기 보다는 피크시간에 알바 혼자서 매장관리하는게 더 잘못된 것 같다.
화장실이 중요한 시설은 아니나, 그래도 언급해보면. 경악스럽다. 화장실 옹무가 있으면 참았다가 다른곳으로 가자.
