★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한우 전문점입니다. 철원 한우를 전문으로 취급하는지는 확인하지 않았지만 원산지 표시에 국내산 한우라고 표시되어 있습니다.
식당입구에 들어서면 맛깔스런 소고기가 냉장고의 불빛을 받으며 진열되어 있는데 고기부위별로 선택을 하고 무게를 계량한 후 자리를 잡으면 됩니다.
자리를 잡으면 상차림이 준비되는데 특이한 것은 개인 취향에 따라 호불호가 분명한 천엽과 간을 서비스로 제공해 줍니다.
본격적으로 잘 지펴진 참숯불에 소고기를 구워 보겠습니다. 마블링이 선명한 소고기가 적당히 구워지니 소고기 특유의 굽는 냄새가 식욕을 자극합니다. 모처럼 한우숯불고기 맛에 심취하며 마음껏 즐깁니다
특수부위 외에 소갈비, 한우주물럭, 한우육회를 취급하며 소고기 외에 돼지목살과 삼겹살도 있습니다. 식사종류로는 갈비탕, 육회비빔밥, 불고기, 된장찌개도 있습니다.
철원한우고깃집을 이용하시면서 유의해야 할 것은 한우고기 전문점이라 부위별 단가는 일반 고기집에 비해 쎈 편이지만 제대로 된 소고기 맛을 즐기려면 한번쯤 방문해 볼만한 곳입니다.

I will bake beef on charcoal fire which is well served. The marbled beef is grilled moderately, so the smell of roast beef is appetizing. We thoroughly enjoy Hanwoo charcoal grilled meat taste thoroughly
In addition to the special specialties, there are also small beef, pork cutlet and pork belly. Meal types include rib-bang, sashimi bibimbap, bulgogi, miso stew.
Cheolwon Hanwoo Cheonggwon is a place to visit when you want to enjoy a solid beef flavor.
