Y	Y Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사장님이 너무너무너무 불친절하십니다 평소에 주문 받으실 때도 늘 표정이 안 좋아 눈치보며 주문했었는데 하루는 아이스라떼 주문 시 얼음을 조금 넣어달라 했더니 똥 씹은 표정으로 "그냥 주는대로 마시면 안되요?" 라 쏘아 붙이셔서 당황스러웠고 제가 직접 얼음을 빼려 아이스컵뚜껑을 열었더니 그러면 카운터에 라떼 뭍는다고 다른데가서 하라고 질책하셨습니다 Your boss is too unkind too. S	Seyoung Gil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 커피가 맛있기는 하지만, 유명한 커피(테라로사, 몽타주, 리브레)를 그대로 가져다가 판매하는 것이라서 이 가게만의 장점이라고 보기는 어렵겠습니다. 와플이 판매되는 시간이 제한적입니다(오전에 일찍 가거나 오후 조금만 늦게 가면 다 팔리고 없습니다.). 나름대로의 정책을 가지고 있는 것이겠지만, 와플 가게인 것 치고는 와플을 너무 적게 만드는 것이 아닌가 합니다. 가장 불만스러운 점은, 가게 안에서 아무것도 먹지 못하게 하는 점인데, 이것이 꽤 빡빡한 편입니다. 가게 안에서 먹으려는 폼만 잡아도 바로 제지당합니다. 그다지 유쾌한 경험이 아닙니다. 가까운 곳에서 맛이 보증된 커피를 사 먹을 수 있는 것은 장점인 것 같습니다. The waffles are sold during limited hours (go early in the morning or a little late in the afternoon, they are all sold out). They may have their own policies, but for a waffle shop, they make too few waffles. The most frustrating thing is that they don't allow you to eat anything inside the store, which is pretty tight. Even if you just grab the form you want to eat inside the store, you will be stopped immediately. Not a very pleasant experience. It seems to be an advantage to be able to buy coffee with a guaranteed taste nearby.

S	Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 유명 커피집 원두를 사와서 커피파는 가게인데 주변 직장인 테이크아웃 커피 타게팅한 가게임. 커피맛은 그럭저럭 괜찮지만, 가성비 좋다고 하는데 가게에 자리도 없어서 무조건 테이크아웃이라 사실 싼거도 아님. 가장 큰 문제는 사장이 너무 불친절함. 좀 심하게 불친절함. 나 뿐만 아니라 기다리는동안 다른 손님에게 하는 모습만 봐도하루종일 기분이 나쁠정도임. 몇가지 사례를 들면, 주문하고 기다리면서 얘기 나누고 있는 손님들한테 주문 소리 안들린다고 나가서 떠들라고 함. 이런 사장 처음봄,, 걍 훈계하듯이 무안을 줌.. 또 커피 받고 몇개는 포장해 달라고 하면 그런건 주문할때 미리 말하라고 꼽을 줌. 굳이 사람 기분나쁘게 할 말을 한마디씩 더 함. 말투도 정말 기분나쁠 말투로 해서 들으면 기분이 엄청 나쁨. 이거 외에도 참 불친절한 모습 많이 봤는데, 서비스 마인드는 전혀 없는 사람임. 회사에서 점심회식하고 다같이 가는곳이라 어쩔수없이 가게되지만, 내돈내곤 저런 불친절한곳은 절대 안감. They get their coffee from 3 of the hottest specialty coffee brands in South Korea; Coffee Montage, Coffee Libre, and Terra Rosa. They don’t serve cappuccino and have a simple Americano/ Latte / Dutch Coffee and various tea and drinks. Go for the weekely special coffees as they usually handpick an awesome batch of coffee. They use a huge La Marzocco coffee machine to churn out good coffee. It’s basically a take-out coffee bar, not somewhere to sit and chat. My favorite coffee brand is Coffee Montage as I do not like any sour taste in my coffee.
