A	Ashley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my little sister. Fun place, but there was a very rude employee who ruined our experience for us. When we first walked in, he yelled at us for touching the vr head sets; mind you, it was our first time visiting and they didn’t give us any instructions on waiting for an employee before playing the games. I don’t know if someone broke up with him that day but honestly if he acts like this on a day to day basis there is something seriously wrong with him. All we were trying to do was have a good time and he ruined it by getting frustrated with my sister by basically yelling at her multiple times because she could not understand his instructions. He obviously saw after a while that she was not fluent in korean, so instead of slowly explaining it to her, he does what any compassionate employee would do, yell at her and get frustrated that SHE couldn’t understand. Thankfully, there was one other male employee that lightened the mood. He helped us patiently and made my sister laugh by setting up the games and walking it through with us nicely. So to that kind employee, thank you for helping us have a better time than what it was already. And to the cranky employee, please have more compassion. Your attitude has really affected OUR mood for the rest of the day. And not in a good way. Please remember that you’re dealing with children, and that they have feelings too. They don’t forget.
