The hotel overall is nice, but there should be more staff that speaks English. The hotel does not have daily room cleaning service, no amenities such as vanity kits, toothbrush, they only give each person a small towel for shower, even if you stay 4 nights. You also need to take your own trash out too. That been said, I still think is worth a 4 stars, been so close to ski slope, great view if you get a higher tier room, price is reasonable. Still recommended it.

Vivaldi park is a great place, went up for snowboarding session and wasn't disappointed. Place is upstanding, had a very pleasant stay although my room didnt have a regular bed (Korean style bed on the floor) which was quite sturdy for me. Room size was very large, and the heat up system was so hot I had to open the window a little but b Korea's coldest day you wouldn't want to be in a room with no floor heat. Amenities and other features of the park were great, the place is almost like an amusement park with trails open day and night. Also pricing on site tends to go from simple to double compared to regular stores but the staff and the trails were great. It was my first time but assuredly not the last.

There's plenty to do for the family at Vivaldi Park, and I enjoyed most of it. There's outdoor activities like the gondola cable lifts that go up the hill, and there's sheep that you can feed at the top. There are swings you can ride that are on the edge, which looked cool and scary but we didn't do that. There is a small handful of indoor amusement rides, which are okay. A small merry-go-round, spinning UFO thing and bumper cars. I enjoyed the bumper cars the most. There are also some other arcade type games, as well as pool/ping pong. There seems to be an indoor race-track of some kind, but I didn't see it operating at any time. That was one of the disappointing aspects to me for the time we were there. I don't know if it was due to covid or the time of the week, but there were a lot of things that were not open. The race-track, a lot of restaurants. It seemed like some things were under construction, or just closed up entirely. The place overall wasn't very vibrant, it was a little empty, and seeing empty shops around made it a little depressing, but maybe just I noticed that (kids enjoyed). We spent our second day at the water park, which was mostly good, albeit pretty typical waterpark. One thing that bugged me right at the start was the area inside with the slides for kids under about 110cm. Parents can't accompany their down the slides (as was shouted at me after I did so before I realized...). Kids under 110cm, in my opinion, are pretty small for going down the waterslide alone. They have to wear a life jacket, but nonetheless they could end up flipped around and be facedown. I need to help my 2.5yr old daughter up the steps to get into the entrance to the slide, but then if something were to happen I need to run back down the stairs and wade over to the exit from the slide. That annoyed me. Parents should be able to accompany their small children on those slides (or don't operate them). The room we stayed in felt kinda old. It was okay and usable, but not very nice. The main problem I had with it was that there is only an AC unit in the living room. I wanted to sit out and relax a little at night after the kids went to bed, but the bedroom has no air circulation and it got quite hot and stuffy in the room with the door closed. So we had to leave the bedroom doors open to avoid cooking the kids. Could have opened the window (in one of the rooms, the 2nd room had no window at all!), but it was noisy due to construction outside. Anyway, those are the highlights. The place has plenty to do, and I would recommend it for young families. Just a couple things bugged me, and hopefully it becomes more vibrant later.

Wonderful place. 3 level available and i just made until jazz level as playing for 3rd times. Available prayer room is very convenient for me as muslim. I love it. That conclude 5 star for me.. recommend to buy the glove outside as it pretty expensive if buy inside

Great family friendly atmosphere! Also good for a couples trip too. The staff is really helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The food was amazing! There's so much to do right on the property, you won't need to look elsewhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there!!

It was quite fun :) Went there during lunar new year holidays, so there was a lot of crowd.

The rental for the equipment took a lot of time because they are scattered. Other than that, its a nice resort with good views and facilities.

Went snowboarding for the first time. It was very hard. They have rental for boots/helmet/ski/snowboard and a seperate location for rental of jacket and pants. There are restaurants and other resort activities underground. For people with kids they can visit snowyland via the cable car.
