★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service level of hotel is awesome. We had a land facing room which wasn't too bad because we were on the 7th floor so seeing some green in the morning coming from the sand of Dubai isn't bad way to wake up. Superior choice over Westin Chosun for what I needed.

From the walk up to the check in desk to our check out the staff was very attentive to our every need without being overwhelming. We all loved the service and the room with a great veiw. The hotel itself is highly recommended but the location is something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrilled to say here on a solo trip to Seoul. Perfect with lots of amenities offered. The rest of their staff was wonderful too Always ready to help out. The room (a standard room) was spacious. The rooms are very decorated in a way that you forget that you are in a hotel room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel have nice view which cannot experience at other hotel. Hangang view is very good. Also, on third floor, you come in inside swimming pool free and,on the forth floor, nice garden have a small pool and green plant. Service also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a beautiful river view suite. The rooms were clean, modern and tidy. Very nice large bath, separate shower (with rain shower head) and toilet. Curtains and lights in the room are automated and controlled from a bedside panel. Bluetooth speaker provided and a 43” equipped with cable. Desk with lan cable and an amazing super king size bed with led bed lights on the frame and the headboard. Would definitely stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a room at the corner. My kids loved the view and the comfy sofa and bed. It's away from the city centre and touristic spots, but the hotel itself is very good and have elegant dining options. And, if you're free to access to the swimming pool, I would definitely recommend trying. A great pool with wonderful views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic luxurious stay. Loved the DelVino restaurant. They served a 5 course meal and since we are vegetarian, they prepared a special meal. Loved the views from the hotel. The Skyard deck is very innovative and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous hotel! Loved our Spa Deluxe bedroom with an enormous bathtub with amazing views across the city. Great choice of restaurants. Good sized swimming pool. Wonderful massage at the Spa. Friendly and attentive staff. Best customer service we’ve experienced in Seoul since we arrived 8 months ago.
