M	Marie JUNG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 영유아검진 일주일 앞두고 혹시 시간 변경이 될까 싶어 전화해봤더니 언어센터? 휴무라고 딴날 다시 잡으라네요. 그럼 언제가 제일 빠르냐 했더니 또 한달 뒤라시구요. 검진 기간이 빠듯했으면 어쩔뻔 했는지. 예전에 부재 중 전화 한번 왔었던 거 같은데 본인들 사정으로 검진을 안하는 중대한 사유에 문자 한통 남겨놓거나 한번 더 해봐주는게 그렇게 힘든 일이었을까요? 전화 받으시는 분들 마다 사과 한마디 없으셨고 말 끊고 제 탓이라며 본인들 애기만 하시는 거 잘 들었습니다. 제가 본인들한테 큰돈되는 환자 아니고 제가 당장 손해 본 건 없으니 넘어가보려 했지만 할말은 해야 할거 같아서 장문 남깁니다. 직원들 누구 하나 기본적인 상대방 배려는 하나도 없고 이리저리 책임 회피 만렙인 공장형 병원입니다. 참고하세요.
