밑반찬이 어지간한 한정식집 반찬보다 맛있어요. 밑반찬만 먹고 밥한공기 뚝딱입니다.
소주한잔과 같이 해도 매우 좋아요.^^
Hotpot is very light and slightly maekomham.
The side dish is more delicious than the Korean side dishes. I'm just eating the side dishes.
Even very good, such as a cup of soju. ^^

근처.. 다리하나 건너동네에살지만 잘가지않는 지역이였는데 어머니 추천으로 가족외식은 여기서 하네요.
양도 괜찮고 맛은 아주좋습니다. 거기에 곱창전골도 끝내줍니다. 연탄불에 구워주고요.
다만 주차가 조금 아쉽지만 시골지역 특성상 조금만 떨어진데 주차하시면 다 주차가능하고.
현지분들이많고 조용한분위기 보다는 조금 떠들썩한분위기입니다.
가격인 기억안나지만 가벼운 가격은아니였습니다.
하기야 요즘 곱창이 서민음식의 가격은 아니죠.
총평은 충청권 연탄구이곱창 종결집입니다.

The quantity is good and the taste is very good. The giblets hotpot is also excellent. I roast it on a charcoal fire.
However, parking is a bit disappointing, but due to the nature of the rural area, it is a bit far away, so if you park, you can park everything.
There are a lot of locals and it is a little noisy rather than a quiet atmosphere.
I can't remember the price, but it wasn't cheap.
Haha, giblets are not the price of common people's food these days.
Overall, it is the end of briquette-grilled giblets in Chungcheong Province.

분위기 및 맛 :
시골 내음 물씬 풍기는 좌식 인테리어에요. (동그란 몇개 있음) 지역 주민들이 단체로도 오고 소규모로도 오고 사람들이 계속 찾는 분위기가 좋아요. 또한 굽고있음 옆에서 어떻게 구워야하는지 조언도 해주시고, 전체적으로 정감 가는 분위기에요.
곱창전골과 곱창구이가 유명하다고 하고, 메뉴도 두가지 뿐이네요. 보통 구이 먹고 전골 먹는 코스로 간다고 하더라구요. 구이는 서울식으로 뭐가 여러가지가 섞인데 아닌, 곱창만 굽는 일반 소금돼지곱창구이인데 이게 고소하니 되게 맛있네요. 나름 왕십리 곱창 많이 접해봐서 소금 곱창 구이는 안 땡겼는데, 여기서 먹어보고는 인식이 바뀌었어요.
반찬 중에는 호박지라는 것이 지역 특정 반찬(?) 이라고 하더라구요. 호박과 김치찌개를 섞은 것 같은 맛이 인상적이였어요. 반찬은 살짝 짠 느낌이 있었어요.
곱창전골은 제 입맛엔 보통이였어요. 그냥 고소하고 살짝 신맛으로 소주 안주 하기 좋은 정도? 다들 소주를 워낙 많이 드셔서 전골이 좀 더 인기는 있는 것 같아요. (O2 린 소주로 거의 대동단결)
아무튼 합덕 지역 주민들의 사랑을 많이 받고 가볼만한 곱창 구이 & 전골집이에요.

Gopchang hotpot and giblets are famous, and there are only two menus. They said that they usually go to the course of eating grilled meat and eating hotpot. Roasting is a Seoul-style thing, but it's a regular salt pork giblet that only grills giblets. I had a lot of giblets in Wangsimni, so I didn't grill the salted giblets.
Among the side dishes, amber is called a local side dish (?). It tasted like a mixture of pumpkin and kimchi jjigae. The side dish was slightly salty.
Gopchang hotpot was normal to my taste. Is it good enough to make shochu with a savory and slightly sour taste? Everyone is eating soju so I think the hotpot is more popular. (O2 Lin Suzhou Road almost united)
Anyway, it is a giblet grilled & hot pot restaurant that is loved by local residents in Hapdeok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저는 막창이나 껍데기를먹지 않는데 딸램들이 좋아해서 지인추천으로 먹으러 갔는데 냄새가 안나길래 먹어봤는더니 맛있었어요~~
초장? 같은게 나오는데 거기에 찍어 먹으니 색다른 맛이드라구요~껍데기도 같이주는데 신랑이 하도 먹어보래서 초장? 찍어 먹었는데 맛이 독특해서 괜찮았어요~~서비스로 나오는 호박지라는 찌게가 나오는데 김치찌게에 호박이들어있는 비주얼인데
대박 맛있어요~~그것만 팔아도 먹으러 갈것 같아요~막창만 먹으면 느끼할 수 도 있는데 호박지랑 같이 먹으면 정말 맛있드라구요~~이집에 히든메뉴같은 느낌~~초등딸램들 조만간 또 가자고 할것 같네요~~
