★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 원장님은 나쁘지 않은데 데스크에 계시는 분들? 때문에 곤란했던적이 한두번이 아님. 예약하고 예약 시간에 맞춰서 갔는데 예약한적이 없다고 함. 답답해서 정확히 몇일 몇시에 전화해서 문의했다고 하니 깜빡하고 기록을 못했다고 함. 이거보다 더 짜증나는건 급한일이 생겨 수술예약을 취소했는데 (당일전화한것도 아니고 일주일정도 전에 연락함) 그것도 기록을 안하고 원장님한테 전달을 안함. 계속 이런 비슷한 일을 겪다보니 매우 짜증났었음.
You're not bad here, are you at the desk? Not once or twice because of trouble. I made a reservation and went on time but never made a reservation. I was so frustrated that I called the exact time and how many days, so I forgot and did not record. More annoying than this, I canceled the surgery appointment because I had an urgent job (not calling on the day and contacting me about a week ago). It was very annoying to keep going through something similar.
