★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 셀프 주유 도중 실수로 결제 취소를 하였는데 중년 남성 직원 분께서 짜증나신 얼굴로 도대체 왜 취소를 하냐고 마구 따지시며 화를 내셨습니다.
비록 어째서인지 결제가 취소되면 다른 주유기에서 주유를 해야하였으나, 빈 주유기가 없는 것도 아니고 뒤에 대기하는 차가 있는 것도 아닌 주유소는 한가한 상황이었으며 셀프라서 직원 분이 뭔가 저희의 실수를 대신하여 수습을 해야할 일도 아니었습니다.
단순히 앞의 다음 주유기로 차를 이동하여 다시 주유하면 됐을 문제로서 불과 몇 분이 더 걸린 일을 가지고 이렇게 불쾌감을 느낄 정도로 고객에게 짜증과 화를 낼 문제였냐는 생각이 듭니다.
한국과 더불어 해외의 여러 주유소들도 이용해 보았지만 이 중 제일 당혹스러웠던 주유소가 아닐까 싶습니다.
