★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아저씨가 1층에서 경비를 봐 주심. 평일에는 하루종일 있으심. 주말에는 늦게 일어나시는지 아침에 안계심.
방마다 냉장고가 설치되어있음. 그 대신 주방에 공용 냉장고가 없음.
세탁 시설이 매우 열악함. 건조기가 없어서 널어서 말려야함. 방 내부가 좁으므로 말릴곳이 계단과 옥상밖에 없는데 이마저도 공간이 부족해서 힘듬. 세제 및 섬유유연제는 기본으로 비치되어있지 않음.
드럼세탁기는 하나도 없으며 전부 통돌이 세탁기인데 매우 더럽고 빨래 후에 이상한 냄새가 배거나 먼지가 묻어나옴.
