★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most authentic Japanese ramen available in Seoul. Even the music and atmosphere are Japanese; none of those whiny Korean ballads in the background! You are provided with sesame, vinegar, fresh garlic to crush yourself, and treated to the sight of the noodles being made freshly in-store. A queue is likely at lunchtime, so my advice is to get there at 12 rather than 1. Enjoy your wonderful ramen.
