★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 중구 보건소 직원들의 친절속에 공무원들의 서비스가 바뀐줄 알았는데 남구 보건소 전화에 속았네요. 씁쓸합니다. 요즘 코로나 사태로 많이 바빠서 힘드신줄은 알지만 전문성이 없네요. 보건소에 볼일 있어서 30분 넘게 전화통을 붙잡고 있었네요. 통화량이 많아 통화 하기도 힘들지만 본인 일이 아니라면서 계속해서 전화번호만 주시고... 네번째로 주신 전화번호로 겨우 통화 시도를 하는데 또 앞팀과 똑 같이 자신의 업무가 아니라고 하시길래 화가 나기 시작 했어요. 계속해서 전화번호만 주실거냐고 했더니 그제서야 무슨일이냐며 여쭤보네요. 전화 끊고 잠시 기다렸더니 답변이 왔는데 화가 많이 난 모양입니다. 씩씩거리는 목소리를 여기에서도 느껴지네요. 힘드시겠지만 좀더 친절하고 성의껏 임무에 임하길 바라봅니다.
I thought that the service of the public officials had changed due to the kindness of the Jung-gu health center staff, but I was deceived by the phone call from the Nam-gu health center. It's bittersweet. I know you're having a hard time because you're very busy with the Corona crisis these days, but I don't have the expertise. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes because I had a job at the public health center. It's hard to talk on the phone because of the high volume of calls, but they keep giving me a phone number saying it's not my job... I'm just trying to call the fourth phone number, but like the previous team, I started to get angry because they said it wasn't my job. I keep asking if I'll just give you my phone number, and then I ask what's going on. After hanging up the phone and waiting for a while, I got an answer, but I think I was very angry. I can feel the energetic voice here as well. It may be difficult, but I hope that you will be more kind and faithful in your duties.
