注文してからおばさんが炭をおこして焼いてくれます。
黒山羊料理はお姑さんから教わったとの事。
臭みは全くなく、おかずも美味しいです！
山奥なので観光客の私達の事を心配してお店の前にあるバス停でバスの運転手さんに降りる所まで伝言してくださり、とても親切でした。5人〜は駅まで迎えにきてくれるようです。
この地域で作られてるマッコリも酸味がありとても美味しかっです！
