★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 닭이봉은 너무 맵지 않은 양념과 부드러운 닭이 맛있어요. 근처 의정부에 들를 때면 먹는 곳입니다. 값은 1만2천. 싸지는 않아요.
Chicken Ibong is not too spicy and the chicken is soft and delicious. This is the place to eat when you stop by nearby Uijeongbu. The value is twelve thousand. It's not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 닭갈비가 완전히 조리되어 나와 바로 먹을 수 있는것 좋았어요. 허나 가격이 계속 오르는 데다가 입맛은 개인별로 다르겠지만 단맛이 강한지라 매콤한 닭갈비 좋아하시는분은 달게 느끼실수도 있겠네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신기하게도 주문을 하면 닭갈비가 다 익혀져 나옵니다. 근데 이게 시간이 매우 빠르게 주문하고 10분도 안되서 나온다는 것이죠. 대부분의 닭갈비는 눈앞에서 익히던데... 어떻게 이렇게 빠르게 익혀나오는지 벌써 그것에서부터 께림직 했습니다만 본점이니까 노하우가 있겠지 하고 생각했습니다.
닭갈비는... 떡볶이 맛이 납니다 ㅠㅠ 달아요...깊은맛 이런거 없고요 되게 가벼운 떡볶이 맛나는 닭갈비... 달아요 달아.... 보니까 고춧가루를 중국산을 쓰더라구요 그래서 이런맛인가. 머리를 굴려봤지만...ㅎㅎ 그냥 못만드는 것으로..
비빔막국수도 시켰는데 (사진안찍음) 싱겁고 양념이랑 섞이지도 않고ㅠㅠ 동네 김밥천국중에 맛없는집 가면 나오는 비빔국수 비쥬얼.....
여튼 본점이라서 갔는데 여러모로 실망스러웠습니다. 이게 본점이라면 분점은 어쩌라는 것일까... 하는 많은 생각이 들었습니다.
요즘은 닭갈비집 많이 개발해서 신식이잖아요. 여기는 한 20년전 느낌...인데 내공없이 20년전 느낌.. 개발과 노력이 필요하지 않을까... 여튼 닭갈비 사랑하는 사람으로서 실망.. 못먹을 정도는 아니예요. 그냥 닭갈비인데 단맛나는 떡볶이 닭갈비라서 밥은 못 볶아 먹겠더라구요. 다니까 밥볶는건 맛없을게 느껴져서;
Surprisingly, when you order, the chicken ribs are all cooked. But the time is very fast to order and it comes out in less than 10 minutes. Most of the chicken ribs are cooked right in front of my eyes... I was already curious about how they cook so quickly, but I thought they might have some know-how since it's the main store.
Dakgalbi tastes like tteokbokki ㅠㅠ It's sweet... There's no such thing as a deep taste. Very light tteokbokki. Tasty chicken ribs... It's sweet. It's sweet....I see that it uses red pepper powder from China. Is this why it tastes like this? I tried to roll my head... haha I just can't make it...
I also ordered the bibim makguksu (I didn't take a picture), but it was bland and didn't mix with the seasonings ㅠㅠ The visual of the bibim noodles that come out when you go to a restaurant that doesn't taste good in the local kimbap heaven.....
Anyway, I went to the main store and was disappointed in many ways. If this is the main branch, what would the branch be like? I had many thoughts.
These days, a lot of dakgalbi restaurants have been developed, so they are new. This feels like 20 years ago... but it feels like it was 20 years ago without any knowledge... Maybe it requires development and effort... Anyway, as a dakgalbi lover, it's disappointing. It's just dakgalbi, but it's sweet tteokbokki chicken galbi, so I couldn't eat it with fried rice. After all, I felt that fried rice would not taste good;
