g	gong you on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초계탕을 주문하면 식은 닭날개 부위와 슴슴한 물김치, 메밀전을 초계탕 요리가 준비될 동안 에피타이저로 먹을 수 있습니다. 닭날개는 쫄깃하며 구수한 맛이 어디선가에서 맛있게 먹었던 맛이며 메밀전은 감자를 갈아 넣었음직한 쫄깃 담백하며 향취가 그만입니다. 메인요리인 초계탕은 시원하게 살얼음이 낀 육수에 식초, 겨자가 적당히 들어가 있는 비쥬얼이며 새콤 달콤함과 가슴속까지 시원하게 뻥뚤릴듯한 맛 입니다. 알맞게 찢어낸 닭고기는 육수가 배어있어 퍽퍽하지 않았으며 식감도 괜찮았습니다. 마지막으로 메밀면 사리를 넣어주는데 그 양 또한 상당합니다. 음식은 전체적으로 호불호가 있을 수 있는 심심한 음식이 특징으로 연령대 있는 분들의 입 맛에 딱 맞는 음식이라 할 수 있습니다. 점심시간에 웨이팅이 있으며 주차는 공영주차장을 이용할 수 있습니다. I ate it...but I was full...I didn't feel like I had a good meal...the amount of meat was less than I thought and it felt like I ate noodles with radish kimchi...The harmony with the mustard sauce is good, but it's a bit of a waste I had a thought...

"평양초계탕막국수"라는 같은 상호명의 초계탕 전문점이 이곳 외 몇곳이 더 있으나 여기가 본점이며 나머지는 프랜차이즈가 아니고 이곳에서 배워서 나간 분들이 각자 운영을 하고 있는 초계탕집 이라고 한다. 이곳 대표 메뉴는 점포명 대로 초계탕... 큰 유리 대접 안에 닭고기와 야채가 듬뿍 들어 있고 새콤 달콤한 육수가 살얼음 가득한 상태로 푸짐하게 나오는데 직접 제면해서 막 삶아 낸 막국수 까지 말아서 함께 먹는 맛이 아주 일품이다. 특히 취향에 따라 겨자를 첨가해서 먹는 것이 맛의 포인트... 또한 닭날개와 녹두전이 서비스로 나오는데 쫀득쫀득한 닭날개와 부드럽고 고소한 녹두전 맛 또한 궁합이 잘 맞고 모두 너무 맛있어서 완벽한 조화를 이룬다. 이곳은 두명 이상이 와서 초계탕을 즐기는 것이 좋지만 그밖에도 단품으로 막국수 및 만두, 무침 등 다른 사이드 메뉴도 준비되어 있어 개별적인 식사 하기에도 좋다. 경기으뜸맛집" 으로 선정된 곳으로 개인적으로도 자주 찾는 맛집으로 여름에는 무조건 웨이팅이 필수이며 동절기(11~2월)은 휴업을 하니 꼭 참고하기 바란다.
