★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 허름한 노포였지만 맛은 허름하지 않았다는... 칡냉면 특유의 면발의 쫀쫀함도 좋았고 비냉 물냉 모두 맛있었음. 냉면 육수에 약간의 겨자, 식초를 가미함으로 육수도 완전 맛있음. 만두는 김치만두인데 크기가 큼지막하고 잘 익은 김치로 만들었는지 맛도 상위 1프로였음. 만두피만 쫌만 얇으면 더 좋았을거 같은데 어쨌든 맛은 있음.
Although it was a shabby long-established store, the taste was not shabby... The firmness of the noodles unique to arrowroot naengmyeon was good. The broth is absolutely delicious by adding a little mustard and vinegar to the cold noodle broth. The dumplings are kimchi dumplings, and the taste was also top-ranked because they were large in size and made with ripe kimchi. It would have been better if the dumpling skin was just a little thinner, but it tastes good anyway.

토요일임에도 줄을 서있다...
만두는 일반만두에 두배~~
만두국은 사골국물에 끓여 고소했다.
비빔내면은 육수를 살짝넣어 비벼 먹으니
더 맛났다 안 넣었을땐 별로였음
Great people who come to such a backwater place

Mandu-guk was boiled in beef bone broth and spiced.
Bibimnae noodles are mixed with a little broth
It tasted better, it wasn't good when it wasn't

깨때문에 고소하고, 짭짤하니 먹기 좋다.
김치들은 슴슴한게 냉면이랑 잘 어울림.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite Mandu soup in Korea. This place is busy during lunch hour, while the restaurants on either side are empty. The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the prices are low. One of the best places to eat in Uijeongbu.
