조미료맛이 없어서 조금 싱겁게 느껴짐
The interior is spacious and clean, and it tastes very good when you pour cool broth with bibimmak noodle soup.
It doesn't taste like seasoning, so it feels a bit fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메밀막국수 깔끔하니 맛있어요감자전과 메밀전병도 맛있고요.... 막국수는 살짝 설탕을 넣어먹으면 훨씬 더 맛있네요.. 기본적으로 설탕이 덜 들어가 있네요
It is delicious because the buckwheat noodle soup is tidy. The potato warp and the buckwheat noodle are also delicious .... Mangguksu is much more delicious when you put sugar in it. Basically, it contains less sugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 역시 천서리. 좀더 운전해서 여주 천서리에서 먹을껄 생각듬. 보쌈막국수는 특히 비추. 따뜻하게 먹어야할 보쌈이 막국수 안에 들어가 있으니 비계가 더 비계같고 식감이 두점 먹고 남김
Also celestial. I'm thinking of driving a bit more and eating at Cheonseo-ri, Yeoju. Bossam makguksu is especially good. Since bossam, which should be eaten warm, is in the makguksu, the fat is more like fat and the texture is left after eating two pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내부에 들어오니 진한 나무 향이 난다. 건물 디자인에서 특별함을 느끼지 못했는데 기분 좋은 향 때문에 그제야 주변을 살펴봤다. 벽면과 천장이 목재 패널, 각목, 통나무로 둘러졌다. 테이블과 의자도 나무로 만들어졌다. 두툼하고 묵직하니 안정감이 있다. 나무 사이로 보이는 벽면은 황토 벽돌로 보이는 네모가 반듯하게 정렬되어 있다. 안쪽 구석에는 매끈하게 재련된 돌 재질 위에 벽난로가 자리 잡았다. 평범한 듯하지만 자연 친화적인, 편안함을 주는 공간이었다.
주문한 막국수가 스텐 그릇에 담겨 나왔다. 메밀면 위에 빨간 양념장이 올려지고 그 위로 계란 반쪽과 오이, 김과 깨 등이 층을 이뤘다. 그리고 갈색빛이 감도는 육수는 따로 주전자에 담겨 나왔다. 내륙 쪽의, 이 근처 막국수집들과 크게 다르지 않은 구성과 외모다. 막국수 역시 언뜻 본 이 식당의 건물처럼 보기에는 평범한 외모였지만 입안에 들어오자 혀의 감각을 깨웠다. 편안하게 음식에 집중할 수 있는 분위기 덕에 막국수 육수의 감칠맛이 더 진하게 느껴졌다. 도톰한 메밀면을 씹는 느낌과 은은하게 올라오는 매운맛, 시원한 육수가 매력적이다. 주변 상황 덕에 이 매력적인 맛이 배가 됐지만 입에 맞지 않았다면 그 불편함이 배가 됐으리라. 가보지 못한 식당을 경험하는 것을 좋아하지만 새말 ic 근처에 오게 된다면 이 집은 다시 들리고 싶다.
As you enter, you can smell the strong woody scent. I didn't feel anything special in the design of the building, but I looked around because of the pleasant scent. Walls and ceilings are covered with wood panels, timber and logs. Tables and chairs are also made of wood. It is thick and heavy and has a sense of stability. The wall seen through the trees is lined with squares that look like ocher bricks. In the inner corner, a fireplace sits on a polished stone material. It seemed ordinary, but it was a nature-friendly, comfortable space.
The makguksu I ordered came out in a stainless steel bowl. Red sauce is placed on top of the buckwheat noodles, and half an egg, cucumber, seaweed and sesame seeds are layered on top of it. And the brownish broth was served in a separate kettle. It has a composition and appearance that is not much different from the inland side makguksu restaurants nearby. Makguksu also looked like the building of this restaurant at first glance, but it awakened the senses of the tongue as it entered the mouth. Thanks to the atmosphere where you can comfortably focus on the food, the rich flavor of the makguksu broth was felt. The chewy texture of thick buckwheat noodles, the mildly spicy flavor, and the cool broth are attractive. Thanks to the surrounding circumstances, this attractive taste was doubled, but if it didn't fit the palate, the discomfort would have been doubled. I like to experience restaurants I've never been to, but I want to visit this house again if I come near Saemal IC.
