우도보도교를 통해 건너가는데 음지도와 우도의 고저 차이로 우도 방향에 경사로가 설치되어있는 특이한 구조이다.
우도에는 명동마리나방파제, 요트등대, 전망대 등 작은 볼거리가 있다. 우도에서 바라보는 마창대교 및 진해해양공원을 한눈에 구경할 수 있다.
