Y	Y Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이태원 퀴논길 아랫쪽 골목에 위치해 있는 작은 이탈리안. 내부 조명이나 공간이 아늑하고 유럽에 온 느낌이다. 쉐프님이 음식들에 대해서 친절히 설명을 잘 해주시고 음식들 재료가 잘 살아있어 맛있었다. 메뉴 구성은 주기적으로 바뀐다고 들었다. 퀄리티 있는 와인잔이 다양하게 구비되어 있어 어떤 와인도 알맞게 마실 수 있을것 같다. 올리브 오일은 산뜻했고 식전빵도 담백했다. 새우는 익힌 정도가 적당했고 당근 소스도 맛있었다. 전복 그라탕도 비린맛 없이 먹기 좋게 조리가 잘 되었고 루꼴라 페이스트가 향이 풍부해서 좋았다. 소고기 라구 라자냐는 색깔만큼이나 맛과 향이 진했고 토스카나 와인과 찰떡궁합이었다. 바질 샤벳은 짧지만 시원했고 입을 상큼하게 만들어줬다. 와규 스테이크와 랍스터도 맛있었고 조리가 군더더기 없이 잘 된 느낌이었다. 가니시로 이탈리아 식으로 사우어크라우트를 곁들이고 랍스터엔 이탈리안 주정강화 와인인 마르살라를 덧입혀서 색다른 향이 났다. 샤퀴테리까지 먹으니 배가 차올랐고 단맛이 과하지 않은 디저트로 깔끔하게 마무리했다. A small Italian located in the alley down the Quynon Road in Itaewon. The interior lighting and space are cozy and I feel like I came to Europe. The chef kindly explained the foods and the ingredients were well alive and it was delicious. I heard that the menu composition changes periodically. There are a variety of high-quality wine glasses, so I think you can drink any wine suitably. The olive oil was fresh and the bread before meals was light. The shrimp was well cooked and the carrot sauce was delicious. The abalone gratin was well cooked to be eaten without a fishy taste, and the rucola paste was good because it had a rich fragrance. The beef ragu lasagna had as much flavor and aroma as the color, and it went well with Tuscan wine. Basil sherbet was short, but it was cool and made the mouth fresh. Wagyu steak and lobster were also delicious, and it felt like cooking was well done. Garnish with Italian-style sauerkraut, and the lobster with Marsala, an Italian fortified wine, gave it a different scent. I even ate Shaquiteri, so my stomach was full and I finished off with a sweet dessert that wasn't too sweet.
S	Seunghoon Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코스요리를 먹었습니다. 바에 앉아서 먹었는데 각 코스요리에 대해서 어떻게 구성되고 어떻게 조리했는지 등에 대해서 상세하게 설명해주셔서 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다. 전반적으로 다 좋았는데 저는 디저트들에서 아주 맛탱이가 가버렸어요. 딸기랑 크림 에 사과쨈 조합은 정말.....그리고 살구도.....쥼멩.....너무 완벽한 디저트여따. 매달 코스요리가 조금씩 바뀐다고 하셔서 가급적 한달에 꼭 가보려고 생각해보고 있습니다. 가게가 조금 작기는 한데 있을건 다 있고 아주 여유롭게 시간을 보내기 좋아요. 아 그리고 식전 빵도 진짜 맛있습니다. 올리브오일에 소금 뿌려서 그냥 빵에 찍어먹는데 아주 존맛텡이에용 I ate course meal.
