★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가제본 했을때 신청시간보다 세시간 늦음. 그거 생각하고 세시간 일찍 신청했더니 이번엔 6시간 늦음. 제출일 맞춰 등기를 보내야해서 우체국 영업시간 안에 받아야하는데 못받음. 전화응대 여자분 남자분 두분 계신데 여자분은 꼼꼼하게 처리해주셨는데 남자분이 불성실과 틱틱 그자체. 시종일관 그래서 어쩌라는거냐, 너가 뭘 모르고 했네 이런 투인데 그걸 확인하려고ㅋㅋㅋ 전화를 한거 아니겠어요? 업종이 본인회사만의 특별한 걸 파는 것도 아니고, 다른 사람도 다 서비스하는 출판업이면 결과물의 퀄리티, 사이트 이용의 편리함에다가 서비스가 좋아야하지 않겠어요? 아 아니면 개인 작업은 푼돈이고 기업에서 대규모로 수주를 받아서 상관이 없는건가? 아무튼 여기서 다시 안맡길거같네요~
