I had to wait for 10 mins to get in although I have went there pass dinner time. From those informations you could easly find out this place is popular among local people. If you're goal is to feel local people's cheap atmosphere this place is for you. However, I didn't like this place. First of all, we put Caramels in Jokbal in Seoul. However, they don't do it in this place and I found out that no caramel is norm in Chuncheon. Still I prefer Seoul's style. Secondly, the restaurant was messy. Everything wasn't in order and there were many drunk people almost yelling at each other. I even had a hard time communicating with the server since she wasn't Korean. Lastly, they used kimchi with oyster in it. To clarify, oyster kimchi is considered as very sophisticated dish in Korea. However, I have digesting problem with oyster and I didn't get any notification on that. Therefore my overall experience was bad.
