일단 와인 가격대는 10만원+ 이기에 많이 마시다가는 지갑이 아플 수 있음. 이 날에는 다 해산물로 시켰는데 좋았다. 관자 상태도 좋았고, 새우리조또도 맛있었고, 앤초비 파스타도 맛있었음! 다만 양이 진짜 너무 적은것 ㅠㅠ 치즈케이크는 뭔가 내가 좋아하는 부드럽고 쫀득한 식감이 아니라 부스러지는 케이크였다. 전에는 먹어보지 못한 바스크 치즈케이크 맛이어서 특별하긴 했다
First of all, the price of wine is 100,000 won+, so drinking a lot can hurt your wallet. On this day, I ordered everything with seafood and it was good. The condition of the scallops was good, the shrimp stew was delicious, and the anchovies pasta was delicious! However, the amount is really too small ㅠㅠ The cheesecake was a crumbly cake, not the soft and chewy texture I like. It was special because it tasted like Basque cheesecake that I had never tried before.

Previously the head chef of the restaurant Pasto in Seoul, Chef Totti's new dining bar Titolo hidden away in a corner of Cheongdam. The place itself is a little reminiscent of his old restaurant, but with a more cool yet more casual vibe. Food is excellent, as to be expected if you've ever been to Pasto before. Seasoning can be on the saltier side, but easily adjusted to your liking if need be. Menu seems to be a little more daring and the skills are there to back the adventurous items. Atmosphere is very dark yet casual, perfect for a date or a quiet night out with friends.

Im giving a solid 4.5. Food is great and reasonably priced. Count to pay 100 to 120k for a couple for food only. And 100k for a bottle of wine. The minus was that the proce of corkage is 50k. Restaurants like this never charge more than 30k. Only places i know charging 50k are the very fancy omakases that costs 200k per person, so honestlyno sense on that big minus if you want tonpair your own wine. For the food, pasta is greatly done, slightly more oily than italy standards but that doeant bother me. Truffle was nice but artichoke was great. The appetizers are definitely fusion style. The uni with burrata is a new combination, uni overwhelms the burrata 100%, but still is delicous. The foie gras however was right one. For the dessert they served some sort of semifreddo. Considerably less sweet than italy which for me is great! Environment is great for a date.

Came to eat all the pasta at the wine bar lol Loved all of the pasta dishes: uni cream, abalone, and prawn bisque. My fav was uni cream because it was a perfect balance of savory and sweetness (very umami?) Also the white wine paired really well with all of the dishes. I’ll say that their wines aren’t cheap.
