개인 주택을 개조해서 영업을 하고 계서서 그런지 매우 고급스러웠어요~ 관리는 제가 받아봤던 피부관리샵 중에서 제일 괜찮았던거 같아요! 10회권 끊어서 다니기로 했어요 ㅎㅎㅎ
It was very luxurious because I was doing business by renovating a private house. I think the care was the best among skin care shops I've ever had! I decided to go with 10 tickets hahaha

결혼박람회에서 6만원이라고 말해서 가니까 강매유도 엄청나고 6만원짜리는 안해주려고함 관리 전 겁나 비싼 피부테스트기로 상태보고 관리한다고 말하면서 홍보했는데 그 장비 사용안해줌.(코로나때문이라는 핑계를 대는데 그러면 장사를 아예 할 수가 없어야 정상임) 여자친구가 강매 유도 당해서 거의 400만원정도 결제 해서 20만원짜리 1회 관리 받고 이건 아닌거 같아서 환불 하겠다고 하더니 이것저것떼고 270만원정도 환불해주겠다고함. (단순 변심도 아니고 먼 지역으로 가게됬다고 충분히 말했는데 씨알도 안먹힘) (약 400만원-20만원 = 270만원이라는 기적의 뺄샘을 함) 원래 1회당 35만짜리를 10회 받아서 1회당 20만원이라고 말해서 결제함 근데 환불할때는 1회에 35만원 받으려고 함 (이 논리라면 만원짜리 50%할인 받아서 5천원에 산다음에 환불할때는 만원 줘야됨) 여자친구 대신 직접 방문하고 전화하니까 계속 담당 원장만 환불 가능하다고 말하면서 담당 원장은 보이지 않음. 담당 원장한테 전화 달라고 인포에 말해놔도 전화 안옴. 원장 말고 다른 직원한테 계속 환불 안해주면 다음에 경찰 대동해서 간다고 하니까 비웃음(이런 케이스 많이 겪어본듯) (그 뒤에 계속 전화했는데 안받음) 방문했을때 원장이 없다고 말해서 인포에 카드 결제기 있는데 이걸로 환불 해주면 되는거 아니냐고 물어보니까 결제는 원장방에서 이루어진다고함(인포에 있는 카드결제기는 뭔지 모르겠음) 원장 말고 좀 높아보이는 사람 만나서 횟수만큼 차감해서 환불하면 되는데 왜 원장이 필요하냐고 물어보니까 여자친구랑 원장의 거래라서 본인은 모른다고 함(하지만 차트는 존재함) 이 사건이후 인터넷 좀 찾아보니까 고정된 가격은 없는거같고 사람 봐가면서 가격 책정하는느낌이 강함(이건 추정) 아직도 환불 못받고 있는데 공정거래위원회, 소비자보호원 통해서 해결하려고 함 그것도 안되면 경찰신고 또는 변호사문의 예정 결론 - 최초 박람회에서 결제할때는 각종 서비스를 제공할것 처럼 말하지만 그것은 강매유도를 위한 유인책. 환불할때는 동네 지하상가 네일샵보다 못한 문전박대 및 개무시.

I asked if it would be okay to refund with this, and they said that the payment is made in the manager's room (I don't know what the card payment machine in the info is) I met someone who looked a little taller than the director and asked why I needed the manager, so I can refund the amount by deducting the number of times. He said he didn't know because it was a transaction between his girlfriend and the ledger (but the chart exists) After this incident, I searched the internet a bit, and there seems to be no fixed price, and the feeling of setting prices while looking at people is strong (this is an estimate) I still haven't received a refund, but I'm trying to solve it through the Fair Trade Commission and Consumer Protection Agency. Conclusion - When paying at the first fair, it is said that various services will be provided, but it is an inducement for strong sales. When it comes to refunds, the door jamb is worse than the local underground mall nail shop.
