★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many dishes in the menu were sold out starting from the opening hours. Such as steam rice rolls and Chinese sponge cake. Please control the use of soda powder when marinating the meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, unaccommodating staff. We were told they were done adding names to the wait-list for that day so we decided to order takeout since we came all the way to eat there. While waiting for our food they "reopened" their wait-list? We asked to have our food switched to dine-in but they said no and that we could eat our takeout at a table when it's our turn in line. So we got our takeout and waited for a table, expecting at least a free dessert since we were forced to eat takeout instead of fresh, hot food but we got nothing... Not even a real apology??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst dining experience I ever had in Seoul. Not recommended. You can experience terrible system that makes you wait forever. You have to spend +10mins after they call you that its your turn to enter & another +10mins inside the store waiting for your table to be prepared...
Where is the whole point of waiting system if you cannot enter even you're called to enter?????? Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it! Food is good and staff is very attentive. The queue is very long.. we always come early before opening time to get the queue first so we dont have to wait.
( dinner start at 5:30pm, we arrived at 5 to get the queue and was number 3 on the waiting list )
