K	Kim Schunard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 살기는 좋을지몰라도 육아에는 별로임 단지내에 놀이터 없고, 근처 초등학교는 봉고차 타야함. 그 봉고마저도 주민회에서 없애려고 한적있음. 욕실에 욕조가 없음. 크게 의미없는 시큐리티요원들로 관리비 상승. 에어컨 전체 다 빌트인인데 연식이 오래되서인지 뭔지 몰라도 여름에 좀 시원하게 지내려면 전기요금 엄청나옴. 엄청이 십수만원이 아니라 수십만원. 가스비도 마찬가지. 제일 작은 43평인데도 그럼. 실내에 베란다없어서 드럼세탁기만 써야하고 세탁실이 좁아서 건조기까지 두려면 결국 탑쌓기해야함. 근데 탑쌓으면 뒷쪽 장을 몇개 못씀. 주차공간 넉넉하긴한데 3연 주차면에 주차선 물고 두대만 대는경우 허다하고 지상층은 방문객전용이라 거주민은 거기주차하면 경고장 붙음. 결국 늦게들어오면 주차공간 없어서 돌아다니는 경우가 생김. 다들 잘살아서그런가 세대당 차가 많은듯. 몇날며칠을 꼼짝안하고 주차해있는 차들 많음. 그래도 다른 아파트처럼 이중주차하고 밀어야하는 일은 없음.
