1	10k ok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진료예약시스템이 너무 불편하다. 요즘 대학병원들 웬만하면 모바일이나 인터넷으로 환자들이 의료진과 날짜를 선택해서 예약하거나 취소 하게끔 돼있는데 여기는 오로지 전화예약이나 방문접수 밖에 없다. 부득이하게 예약당일날 못오게 되면 미리 연락을 취해 달라는데..아니 전화를 받아야 취소를 하든 연기를 하든가 하지 ..통화연결을 음악소리를 한참 들으면서 기다리다 기다리면 결국은 병원측에서 대기자가 많다고 연락받을 전화번호를 남기라고 하면서 통화종료를 권유하는 안내멘트를 한다.근데 전화가 언제 올 지는 ....오긴 오나...ㅡㅡ 그리고 당일접수는..3~4시간 기다려야 되니 미리 각오하고 가는게 좋다.몸이 평상시 많이 약하거나 안좋은 사람들은 기다리다 되려 병이 날 수도 있으니 당일접수 보다는 예약하고 방문하는걸 추천함. T	Tree Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어제밤 90세 되신 어머니를 모시고 5시간 엠블런스에 대기하고 있다가 음압병실에 들어왔습니다. 여러가지 검사를 하는데 문제는 환자도 문제지만 옆에서 간호하는 보호자에게 밤새, 그리고 다음날 오전내내 의자 하나에 몸을 의지하고 환자를 지키니 밤잠을 의자에 앉아서 쪽잠을 자게 됩니다. 보호자도 잠시 눈을 붙일수 있도록 보호자 간이침대를 마련해주시면 정말 좋겠습니다. 또하나 성모병원 하이패스라는 제도가 있는데 여기에 신용카드를 등록해놓으면 허락없이 돈을 빼갑니다. 어떤 사전에 연락도 없이 영수증도 통보하지 않고 그냥 빼갔다는 문자가 옵니다. 황당 그자체...응급실에서 사용하지도 않았던 환자복 하의 가격을 덧붙여서 12,000원을 비급여로 빼갑니다. 의심스러운 점이 한두 개가 아닙니다.
