굳	굳건맨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 개꿀맛입니다. 드라이 에이징은 웰던으로 나오는데, 쫄깃하고 육향으로 먹기에 좋고 웨트 에이징 고기는 미디움레어로 적당히 익혀 나와서 육즙이 많고 촉촉합니다. 웰던을 좋아하면 팬이 뜨거우니 추가로 지져서 더 익혀먹을 수 있어서 좋아요. 사진은 웨트에이징 고기입니다. 살치살요. It tastes like honey. Dry aging comes in well-done, but it is chewy and good for eating with a fleshy flavor. Wet aging meat is medium rare and cooked moderately, making it juicy and moist. If you like Well-Done, the fan is hot, so it's good to cook it more because it gets dirty. The picture is wet aging meat. I'm getting fat.

It is convenient to grill the meat yourself However, it is inconvenient because there is no parking space. The taste itself was pretty good.

V	Victoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 멋스러운 인테리어와 건물 전면부에 홀리듯 들어간 음식점입니다. 들어가자마자 풍기는 고기 비린내에 인상이 찌푸려지더군요. 팬에 살치살 구워나올때 풍기는 누린내 또한 고기냄새 싫어하는 사람들에게는 역하게 느껴질 수 있겠네요. 이 곳 네번째 방문이지만 늘 만족하며 먹고 갑니다. 식사는 물론, 술 한잔 기울이기 딱이에요. It is a restaurant with a stylish interior and a holly entrance to the front of the building. As soon as I entered, the impression was frowned upon by the fishy fishy smell. When you bake on a pan, you can feel the smell of meat and people who don't like the smell of meat. This is my fourth visit, but I am always satisfied with it. P	Pablo _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SNS에서도 유명하고 김광석거리 인근에 위치하고 있은 소고기 스테이크 맛집입니다! 기념일이라서 찾아간곳 입니다!! 너무 유명해서 기대를 많이해서 그런지 생각보단 보통의 맛이였습니다!! 회식을 많이해서 그런지 조금 시끄러운감이 있었급니다! 조금 늦으면 웨이팅도 있을 수 있습니다!! 살치살 스테이크를 시켰는데 숙성때문에 부드러운맛보단 질긴맛은 없었지만 소고기 특유의 고소한은 없었습니다! 대파 아스파라거스 양배추 바나나 등 다양한 야채들이랑 곁들여서 좋았습니다! 밑반찬은 정갈하게 나오는 편이구요! 와사비와의 조합이 아주 좋았습니다! 된장찌개가 맛있다고 4,000원이라해서 시켰는데 아주 찐한 국물을 생각 했는데 그냥 좀 소고기 들어간 된장찌개얐습니다... 조금 아쉬웠구요 크게 기대할 맛도 아니고 그냥...4천원에 먹기엔 비싸다고 생각했는데 양은 많았어요 두부도 소고기도 많이 들어있어서 각종 야채까지 맛은 그저 그랬습니다! 재방문의사는 있구요! 큰기대까지는 아닌듯하고 인테리어는 아주 좋았습니다! 사장님도 친절하시구요!
