★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전반적으로 친절하고 지하철도 가까운 편이다. 시설도 깔끔한편인데 다만 서비스센터 크기가 수요대비 협소하다. 과자도 없다.
Overall, it is friendly and the subway is near. Facilities are also neat, but the size of the service center is narrow compared to demand. There are no sweets.

고객대기실은 넓어서 좋았지만 네스카페 커피머신과 현미녹차 티백 외엔 따로 준비한게 없었어요.
현미녹차 말고도 몇 가지 더 준비해 놓으면 어떨까요 어차피 준비하느라 발생하는 비용이니, 우롱차나 그냥 일반 녹차 티백 등이 같이 있다면 다양하게 고객입장에서 준비했겠다...싶은 맘이 들었을 겁니다.
서비스는 앱으로 신청해서 갔는데, 부속이 없는 것도 아쉬웠어요.
급한게 아니라면 부속을 준비할 시간을 마련해서 언제 방문하는게 좋겠다. 그게 두 번 방문하지 않고 빠르게 처리 할 수 있을 것이다.
정도로 안내가 가능하다면 더 좋겠습니다.
더욱 발전하는 강서서비스센터가 되길 바랍니다.
To put it bluntly, I want it to be lacking compared to other centers.
It was nice to have a large customer waiting room, but there was nothing to prepare other than a Nescafe coffee machine and a brown rice green tea tea bag.
What if I prepared a few more besides brown rice green tea anyway? It's the cost of preparation anyway, so if you have oolong tea or just plain green tea bags, you'll want to prepare variously from the customer's point of view...
I applied for the service through the app, but it was disappointing that there were no accessories.
If it's not urgent, it's a good idea to set aside time to prepare the parts and visit when. That would be done quickly without having to visit twice.
It would be better if you could provide guidance.
I hope that the Gangseo Service Center will develop further.
