스텀타운, 블루보틀과 함께 미국 3대 스페셜티 커피로 불리는 인텔리젠시아 커피.
국내에 공식 수입,배급사가 있다는 얘기를 듣고 ㄱㄱ
위치는 가로수길 맞은 편 언덕위ㅠㅠ에 있다
외부에는 Training Center라는 글씨가 크게 보인다
들어가보니 마침 다양한 인텔리젠시아 커피를 체험할 수 있는 인텔리젠시아 샘플러 메뉴가 있다. 에스프레소, 라떼, 브루잉 커피를 맛볼 수 있기에 이걸로 주문ㄱㄱ
에스프레소와 라떼는 원두가 정해져 있었던 것 같고 브루잉 커피는 원두 선택이 가능해서 자주 접하기 힘들었던 예멘 원두 선택~(브루잉 커피의 원두 선택에 따라 추가금 붙을 수 있음)
바리스타님도 친절하시고 다양하게 맛난 커피를 즐길 수 있었던 즐거운 시간이었다
내친 김에 브루잉 원두 엘 가토 블렌드도 겟겟~
원데이 클라스도 진행하고 있다고 해서 시간내서 한번 들어보고 싶은 생각이다

Hearing that there is an official importer and distributor in Korea,
The location is on the hill opposite Garosu-gil.
The text “Training Center” appears large on the outside.
Upon entering, there is the Intelligentsia Sampler menu where you can experience various Intelligentsia coffees. You can taste espresso, latte, and brewed coffee, so order this one.
Espresso and latte seem to have a fixed number of beans, and for brewing coffee, it is possible to choose Yemeni beans, which is difficult to find. (Additional charge may be added depending on the selection of beans for brewing coffee)
The barista was friendly and it was a fun time to enjoy a variety of delicious coffee.
I also got the brewing beans El Gato blend when I lost it~
There is also a one-day class going on, so I want to listen to it when I have time.
