맛은 있으나 탕수육은 조금 비싼편

그래서!! 다시올려야지...
언젠가... 주말에 짬뽕먹고 싶어서 교동짬뽕 갔는데 문을 닫아서... 뭐 먹을까 하다가 찾아간곳, 주차장에 차들ㅇ이 꽉차있길래... 아 이사람들도 우리랑 같은 마음으로 왔구나... 하며 들어갔습니다. 일단 메뉴는 좀 단순했던거 같아요 짜장, 짬뽕, 고추짬뽕, 탕수육... 그리고 몇가지 더... 외부 간판으로 봤을때는 간판이 너무 단조롭 촌스러워서 중ㅇ국사람이 운영하는덴가? 했는데... 젊은 부부더라구요... 그냥 짬뽕, 고추짬뽕으로 시켰고 대기인원도 우리 앞에 5~6명 있ㅇ었는데, 10분도 안기다린거 같아요, 손이 빠르신건지... 어쨎든 요리가 나와서 맛을 봤는데... 간만에 포텐 터졌어요!
교동짬뽕 처럼 돼지육수가 베이스 인거같은데 불맛을 더해서 담백하면서도 감칠맛도 좋고 걸죽하지 않으면서 깊은맛ㅇ이 있고, 면과 국물의 조화조 굉장히 적절하면서 모든게 잘 어울어지는맛!
집사람이 면에 계란반죽을 한거같다며 찰지고 금방 뿔징않고 너무너무 좋다고 우리 둘이 오감을 만족시켰답니다. 아! 고추짬뽕은 그렇게 맵지는 않고 붉닥볶음면 정도?보다 덜 매운거 같았는데, 보통 매운맛이면 원조의 깊은맛이 감소되기 마련인데 그게 거의 없이 매콤해써 더욱 좋았습니다.
그리고 계산할때 사모님이 고객의 의견을 들으려했던게 더 좋았던거 같았고, 우리 의견을 얘기하면서 바꾸지는 말라고 했어요~ 그래서
별점을 *****개 주겠습니다~ 라고 하려했는데...
2주후에 또 방문을 했습니다. 일반짬뽕, 고추짬뽕을
또 먹었는데... 그때랑 맛이 조금 달랐습니다. 제생각에는 베트남 고추와 채소들을 너무 태워서 그런거 같더라구요.... 어쨎든 그래서 별점 ****개만 드립니다...ㅠㅠ

One day ... I went to Gyodong champon because I wanted to eat champon on weekends. I closed the door ... I went to find out what to eat, and the cars were full in the parking lot. . I think the menu was a bit simple Jjajang, champon, pepper champon, sweet and sour pork ... and a few more ... When I look at the external signboard, the signboard is so monotonous, it's so ugly. I was just a young couple ... I just had champon and pepper champon, and there were 5 or 6 people waiting in front of us, and I thought I had 10 minutes, and my hands were fast. I saw ... The pot broke in a while!
Like Gyodong Jjamppong, pork broth seems to be bass, but with the addition of fire, it has a light but rich taste and is not thick but has a deep taste.
The two of us were satisfied with the five senses that our house was made with egg dough on the noodles. Ah! Red pepper champon wasn't so spicy, but it was less spicy than red-duck-myeon noodle. But usually, spicy tastes would reduce the deep taste of the original.
And it seemed better for her to try to listen to the customer's opinion at the checkout, and we told her not to change it.

I visited again two weeks later. Regular jjambbong and red pepper jjamppong
I ate it again ... and it tasted a bit different. I think it was because they burned Vietnamese peppers and vegetables too much .... Anyway, so I'll give you **** stars ... ㅠㅠ

It's delicious. Red pepper jjangppong is spicy, but I think you can divide the level into medium or spicy.

얼마전에 아들이랑 짜장면 곱배기 시켰는데, 보통으로 나와서 순간 당황함 ☹
얘기하니 바로 보통 추가로 한그릇 더 주심^^
성인 남자는 무조건 곱배기 시켜야 합니다(양적음)
고기 건더기가 푸짐하나 짜장 소스 조금 부족함.
그래도 가장 맛있는곳^^
