★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평생 서비스를 해준다고 해서 30만원 넘는 구두를 구매했고, 전창 교체를 요청한 결과, 부자재 수급이 안된다며 더 이상 해 줄 것이 없다네요. 그게 다에요. 판매시 약속한 것을 지키 못할 상황이 발생했으면, 적절한 보상으로 고객 만족을 시켜야 할 것이라고 조언했지만, 여전히 본사 고객상담직원은 이런 상황에서는 더 해줄게 없다는 내용만 반복했습니다. 고객만족을 위한 노력의 기미가 전혀 없네요. 참고하세요 저처럼 당하시는 분 없길 바랍니다
