★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 칼국수의 면은 부드럽고 쫄깃하며 만두는 부추와 고기의 조화가 좋습니다. 만두국과 칼국수는 육수가 다른데 만두는 사골, 칼국수는 멸치 베이스인 듯 합니다. 기본은 하는데 와~여기 맛집일세 정도는 아닌 거 같아요.
The noodles of Kalguksu are soft and chewy, and the dumplings have a good balance of leek and meat. Mandu soup and kalguksu have a different broth, but dumplings seem to be beef bone, and kalguksu is based on anchovy. I do the basics, but wow, I don't think this is a restaurant.

칼국수도 맛있어요. 김치가 정말 시원칼칼해서 같이 먹으니 조합이 끝내주네요.

Kalguksu is also delicious. The kimchi is really refreshing and spicy, so when you eat it together, the combination is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숨은 맛집. 직접만드는 수타면이라 그런지 칼국수치고는 면이 좀 넓적하진 않으나 면이 얇아 더맛있고 양도 많아요. 양념장은 땡초들어갔는지 좀 확올라오면서 많이 매워서 맵고 칼칼한 맛 좋아하시는 분들은 좋아할듯요. 김치도 매운 겉절이인데 맛있어요~ 전 맵찔이라 양념장 한 티스푼 탔는데 나중엔 눈물찔끔 나오더라구요. 추운 겨울에 따끈한 칼국수 먹어서 그런지 속이 든든했습니다.

People who like spicy and spicy taste will like the sauce because it is very spicy as it rises a bit to see if it has a bit of vinegar in it. Kimchi is also a spicy pickled dish, but it's delicious~ I used a teaspoon of soy sauce because it was spicy, but later it came out with tears. I felt reassured because I ate hot Kalguksu in the cold winter.
