살면서 처음으로 먹어본 의정부식 부대찌개 집이었습니다. 그간 주로 먹어본건 송탄스타일이었는데, 의정부 부대찌개도 독특한 매력이 있더라구요. 우선 묵직한 송탄식 사골육수에 비해 국물이 맑고 깔끔한 느낌이었습니다. 깔끔한 김치찌개 맛이라는 느낌도 들어요. 사리 종류는 크게 다른 점은 없던 것 같고, 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 진한 송탄식 부대찌개의 국물도 좋지만, 깔끔하니까 수저가 자꾸 가는 맛이기도하고, 떠먹기가 좋더라구요.
의정부지역에는 유명한 부대찌개집이 굉장히 많지만, 지역주민의 말로는 가게마다 차이가 별로 없다고 합니다. 저도 처음 먹어본거라 다른 곳과 비교는 못하겠지만, 이 곳의 장점은 역에서 되게 가깝다는 점? 기회가 된다면 또 가보고싶네요.

It was the first Uijeongbu-style Bakjigae restaurant I ate. I've mostly eaten Songtan style, but the Uijeongbu Budae-jjigae also has a unique charm. First of all, the soup was clear and clean compared to the heavy songtan-style beef bone broth. I also feel the taste of kimchi stew. There seems to be no big difference between the types of saris, and I ate them well. The thick soup of Songtan-style Bakjaji is good, but it's clean, so it tastes like cutlery and it's good to eat.
In the Uijeongbu area, there are a lot of famous Byeonjigae restaurants, but local residents say that there is not much difference between stores. It's my first time eating, so I can't compare it to other places, but the advantage of this place is that it's very close to the station? If I have a chance, I want to go again.
