대전에서 여기가 최고다.
특히 저 돌판과 냄비가 결합된 모양의 판이 중요하다.
저것이 최고의 맛을 만들어내는듯 하다.
늦게가면 고기가 떨어져서 먹을 수 없으니
7시가 넘으면 집으로 가라.
5시에 가서 먹으면 안정적으로 먹을 수 있다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 곱창 너무맛있었어요. 다른 곳에 비해서 곱이꽉차있었어요진쯔 대전에서 먹은 곱창중 최고!
곁들여먹는 파무침도 맛있고 특제 간장소스에 마늘섞어서 찍어먹는것도 너무맛있구요!
다만 테이블이 많지않아 예약은 필수고 점점 유명해지는것 같네요 나만알고싶은 맛집 ㅠㅠ
가격은 요새 곱창집에 비해서 살짝 있는편입니다.
+볶음밥도 너무맛있습니다.
