★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 프론트 분들은 대체로 상냥하시고 좋으십니다. 하지만 한 중년의 여성분은 친절하지 않았습니다. 약국이 3층에 있는데 약사 분께서 설명도 잘 해주시고 친절하시며 사명감이 가득하신게 느껴졌어요. 의사선생님은 처음에 너무 좋으시고 말을 잘 들어주시고 조언도 잘 해주셨는데, 검사에 대해서 궁금한 점을 묻거나 이 검사를 통해서 어떤점을 알 수 있는지 등에 대한 질문은 불편해하시고 답변을 안해주세요. 그냥 '말해줘도 모를거고 설명해도 모른다. 몇년 공부하고 전공해야 안다. 궁금하면 심리학과 가라.' 라고 말씀하셨어요. 제가 한 질문은 '왜 검사결과와 제 실제증상이 다를까요?', '이 검사는 제 어떤점을 알기위해 하는건가요?' 였는데 말이죠. 전문적으로 공부하신 선생님께서는 아는양이 방대해서 결과를 보고 설명 할 내용이 많아 그냥 그렇게 말씀하셨겠지만, 그걸 요약해서 내원한 사람에게 설명할 줄 아는것도 의사의 능력이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 검사에 대한 설명을 듣는것은 환자의 알 권리고요
