작년말에 준공해서 건물도 깔끔하고 영통역에서 도보로 5분거리~ 사업자님들 한테는 안성맞춤인듯~
건물에 문제가 있었지만, 이젠 법적인 문제도 해결되서~
곧 공실률 제로가 될듯~^^*

주차가 용이한 편이지만, 코너 돌때 조심.
입구와 출구가 틀림. 비보호 진입이라서 진입이 어려울 수 있음

Parking is easy, but be careful when turning corners.
