★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy coffee shop with limited deserts. The interior slowly rotates and allows you a 360 view of the park and river. You can pay 1000₩ to get pulled across the river on a boat. The coffee shop is built on the river. Nice couches to relax on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time at Taehwagang river in Ulsan. The observatory is free and they have limited yet free parking. It was a cloudy day but still I could enjoy overlooking the river and the bamboo forest.
