★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the immigration office for people in Gyeongi. Take exit one from the subway and walk past HomePlus. Don't forget to make an online reservation and show up a bit before your scheduled time.
I think there is now a branch office in Pyeongtek which may be closer for some Gyeongi residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here like 5 times and IMO like a quarter of staffs here are arrogant while the rest are very professional. My experience has been very mixed but not good often. And, I still don't understand how come some staff don't speak english (or do not want to speak in english), yet, they serve just foreigners.

- The “visit reservation system” allows foreign residents in Korea to arrange a date and time before visiting an immigration office.
- If you visit an immigration office without reservation, you are not probably able to have your application processed on the day, or experience inconvenience due to a long waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. There are too many people who need to change/extend their visas. But many can't make reservations. The people working there are rude. I am also a tax payer. I pay for medical insurance. They must to provide me the service I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sign boards, but the volunteers in the front information desk are all freshers and not equipped to handle queries related to Foreigners Visa. Eventually the right person comes along directs us to the specific dept.
