★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있는 초밥집이다. 비싼데 맛없으면 반칙. 요즘 인기 좀 있는 초밥집들 다 맛있다. 사실 다 맛있어서 뭐라 딴지 걸기도 애매하다. 매일 점심으로 이런걸 먹을수 있다면야 뭔들 못할까만. 그래도 뭐라도 한마디해야 한다면, 이 집 젓가락이 마음에 들었다. 젓가락을 들었을때 그립감이나, 무게중심이 정말 맘에 들었다. 보기엔 넘 얇아서 좀 그랬는데, 젓가락으로 집는 순간 그냥 기분이 좋아졌다. 호텔 뷔페였으면 하나 가져왔을지도 모르겠다. 그리고 나올때, 직원중 막내로 보이는 분이 문을 잡고 배웅인사를 해주는데, 마치 ‘행복한왕자’에서 갈대가 모든 바람을 향해서 하는 서양식 인사 curtsey처럼 진정 공손함이 느껴졌다. 나도 좀더 공손하게 인사를 받아줬어야 하는데 하는 아쉬움이 있다.
중요한건 이제 굳이 힘들게 제대로 된 스시먹을려고 일본 안가도 된다는거다. 오히려 맛있는 설렁탕 먹으러 엘에이나 뉴욕 가는 사람이 있는 것 처럼, 일본 사람들도 서울 오지 않을까.

When I picked up chopsticks, I really liked the grip and the center of gravity. It was too thin for me, but when I picked it up, I just felt better. If it was a hotel buffet, I might have brought one. And when they came out, the youngest member of the staff grabbed the door and said goodbye to them, as if in the Happy Prince, reeds were truly polite, like a Western greeting, curtsey. I am sorry that I should have been greeted more politely.
The important thing is that you don't have to go to Japan to try the right sushi. On the contrary, as there are people going to L.A. or New York to eat delicious Seolleongtang, will Japanese people come to Seoul?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기회가 되면 친한 지인과 다시 방문하려고 합니다. 스시 전에 서빙되는 회들도 풍미가 뛰어나고 다양한 맛을 볼 수 있었습니다. 이번 방문 때 먹은 스시들은 전반적으로 담백한 편이었습니다. 미들급 스시야 중에서는 살짝 비싼 편일 수 있는데 편안한 분위기와 친절하신 분들 덕분에 즐거운 저녁 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
If there is a chance, I will visit again with a close acquaintance. The sashimi served before sushi has excellent flavor and has a variety of flavors. The sushi I ate during this visit was generally light. It may be a bit expensive among the middle-class sushiya, but thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and friendly people, we were able to have a good evening.

회의 식감이 너무 잘 느껴져서 부담없이 그리고 배부르게 식사할 수 있었다. 개인적으로는 앵콜스시라도 1피스 더있었으면좋았을것같지만...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before making any comment about taste it self, I think foods quality and basic are most important thing. For that aspect, I had to say it was perfect.
Chef always washes hand. Serving and making are perfectly seperated away from contamination. Rice temperature is always carefully controlled with only taking scoop amount which would make enough 5 sushi for a each time.
Service was so great. Warm welcome and detailed explanation was provided. Also gave me hand towel twice so I could use it before eating meal and after eating hand held Komake.
Every food taste was so fine and beyond great. ChungAh and GodeungAh was the greatest among those. Believe its herring and meckerel kind.
It was great experience, and look forward to revisiting.
