★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가지초밥이 자꾸 생각나고 꿈에도 나와서 다시한번 방문했습니다... 여전히 입에 넣는 순간 맛있게 녹네요 녹아.. 이 가지초밥은 부모님의 원수라도 추천해주고 싶은 맛이에요.
모둠초밥도 먹는 순서와 방법을 친절히 설명해주셔서 좋았고 특히 스탠다드B 세트 중 고등어랑 청어가 정말 맛있었어요. 다음번에도 또 방문할 의사 백퍼천퍼입니다.

It was nice that he kindly explained the order and method of eating the sushi assortment, and the mackerel and herring in the standard B set were really delicious. This is a doctor who will visit again next time.

숙성초밥이라 입에 들어가자 마자 녹고 지라시 스리, 우동, 가라아게 전부 다 맛있었어요
전주오면 또 들릴거에요

너무 정통 일식은 가격부담이 심하고
가벼운 일식당은 초밥이나 사사미가 아쉽고
그런고민 끝에 방문했어요.
숙성회의 눅진한 깊은맛 가득 느끼고 왔네요.
쉽게 못먹는 종류의 회들로..
같은회도 부위와 조리로 새로이 재탄생
조용하고 단정해요.
입구차고 화장실 찾는데 혼선이..
가게도 네비안키면 못 찾으실듯..
화산동성당 딱 앞에 있어요.
주차도 미사시간 피하면 큰무리없는 성당주차를 귄합니다^^;;;;
가격이 그래도 있지만
기분전환하고플때 적극 추천해요~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A B 세트랑 가케우동 시켜서 둘이 먹었는데 딱 좋았네요 알바생이 아니라 셰프님들 정성을 담아 하나하나 만들었어요 유부초밥에 토치 한거랑 생새우랑 연어 또 이름모를 제철초밥 맛있었구요 우동도 굉장히 깔끔하고 새우튀김엄청 고소하네요 기대보다 가지도 좀 흐물하고 고등어는 제 기준에는 좀 비렸는데 제 짝은 맛있대요 표고버섯은 진짜 쫄깃하고 깜짝놀라서 한번 더 먹고 싶었습니다 서울에서 왓는데 여기가 우리 동네였음 좋겠어요 ~~
I ordered A B set and kake udon and ate it for two, and it was perfect. I wasn't a part-time worker, but the chefs made each one with sincerity. Tofu sushi, raw shrimp and salmon, and seasonal sushi were delicious. The udon is also very clean and the fried shrimp is very spicy. The eggplant was a little mushy and the mackerel was a bit fishy by my standards, but my partner said it was delicious. The shiitake mushroom was really chewy and surprised, so I wanted to eat it again.
