★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기다리지않아서 좋고 믿을만해서 좋구 접근성 쉬워서 좋아요. 근데 키작은 기술자님은 서비스로 공임도 할인해주시고 그랬는데 요즘 맡은 다른 기술자님은 전혀 할인이 없다 ^^
Good for not waiting, good for trust, good for easy accessibility. However, the short technician gave me a discount on the wages as a service, but other technicians in charge these days have no discount at all ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매일출퇴근하는차량 하루세워두었는데 연속3일방전되어 점검차방문했는데.배터리이상없고 블박때문이라고 그냥 교환없이 가야한다고...그런데 차트렁크(HEV)가 닫히지않아 1시간 씨름하더니 어떤분 나와서 식사해야하니 갔다가 다시찾인가라고 어이없네...근데 갑자기 배터리 점검하는데 차트렁크가 왜고장나는지 모르겠네요.
어째든 자기네 식사해야한다고 나중에 오라는건 뭔지...한참씨름하다 트렁크자동모터 이상이라나??
부품이 사업소에 있으니 2시간이나 3시간뒤에 오란다.' .ㅠ
멀쩡한것 고장난것도 짜증.시간허비도 짜증나네요
이러니 시간걸려도 모두 사업소 가는걸거에요
I parked my car for commuting every day, and it was discharged for 3 days in a row, so I went to the inspection car. I had to go without replacement because the battery was not good and it was due to a blackout... But the chartrunk (HEV) didn't close, so I struggled for an hour, and someone had to come out and eat. I don't know why the chartrunk is broken while I suddenly check the battery.
Anyway, what does it mean to come back later if you have to eat your own... After wrestling for a while, something is wrong with the automatic trunk motor??
The parts are in the office, so come in 2 or 3 hours.' ..
I'm annoyed at everything that's broken. Wasting time is annoying too.
Even if it takes time like this, everyone will go to the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼실 가까이 있다보니 가끔 이용하는데 직원들이 무척 친절합니다.
오늘은 엔진오일 교환했는데 엔진룸과 캐빈 내부 및 외부 세차까지 깨끗하게 해주셨네요.
Because it is close to the three rooms, I use it occasionally and the staff are very friendly.
I changed the engine oil today, and they even cleaned the engine room and the inside and outside of the cabin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수리중 경보기 고장 났는데 자기 책임아니라고 하네요. 판금견적도 바가지 느낌 ? 보험처리라 신속하게 할 거라 믿고 갔는데 결국 수리 지체되고 후회막심이예요. 다신 안갑니다.
The alarm broke during the repair, but he said he was not responsible. Do you feel that the sheet metal estimate is also overpriced? I went with the belief that it would be done quickly because it was covered by insurance, but in the end, the repair was delayed and I regretted it. I won't go any further.
