★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오랜 단골인데 여긴 늘 옳아요... 특히 여기서만 마실수 있는 앙성 막걸리.. 그리고 마성의 새우젖 최고의 선술집이죠

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 을지로 골목 깊숙이 자리한 오래된 식당. 친절한 분위기. 최근 허영만의 백반기행에 나와 분주해짐. 짜지 않은 청국장과 맛있고 부드러운 돼지수육, 오징어볶음도 일품. 다만 콩을 미국산 쓰시는 듯해 아쉬움.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나가 심해져서 손님없을시간에 가서 후딱 먹고 나오느라 사진도 못찍었네요~
백반기행 재방보고 가서 수육이랑 청국장 먹었는데
수육은 껍질부분에 잡내가 좀 났고 사태랑 섞어서 나왔는데 솔직히 사태는 씹어도 씹어도 질긴....
글구 점심시간 좀 지난시간이라 그런지 살짝 열기가 있는 정도의 식은 수육이고..
청국장은 콩이 엄청 많이 들어있어서 좋아했는데
싱겁게 먹는편이라 푹~ 끓이지 않아서 그런지 콩이 부드럽지 못하다고 해야하나 퍼지지가 않아서 끓인 땅콩 먹는 느낌이었네요.
총평을 하자면.. 흠.. 위생은 좀 아닌거 같구요.
겉절이는 좀 짜고 보쌈도 그냥 그렇고 청국장도 그냥 그렇고..
솔직히 먹은것중에 알배추가 젤 맛있었네요 ;;;

저녁에는 안주를 시켜야 식사가 가능하고
개인적으로 돼지고기 기름이 있는 부분을 좋아하지 않는지라 뭉텅뭉텅 썰어있는 기름반 고기반 보쌈은 호불호가 갈릴듯.. 제육볶음은 고기질은 좋지않지만 설탕을 많이 넣지않아 고추장 고유의 맛이 많이났어요..안주로는 딱 좋음..
청국장은 옛 시골 그대로의 순하고 소화잘될것같은 살짝 텁텁한 맛..
테이블이 5~6개밖에 안되는데다 저녁엔 대부분 술손님이고 아주머니 혼자 음식만드시는 시스템이라 자리 없으면 오래 기다려야합니다..
가격은 완전 저렴....
