★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있는 홍어집. 나는 홍어가 조금더 삭았으면 좋겠다. 반찬도 좋고 막걸리도 일반적이지 않은 맛. 홍어탕은 심심한게 홍어의 향을 확 끌여올려준다. 좋은곳이다.
Delicious red fish. I wish the skates were a little crispier. The side dishes are good and the taste of makgeolli is unusual. Hongeotang is boring, and it brings out the flavor of the skate. Good place.

삼합을 먹을때까지만해도 음... 특색있는 맛이네 했는데 찜부터는 먹기가 쉽지 않았고, 탕은 뭐 쥐쥐쳐야했다.
내가 이 맛을 즐기지 못하는건 매우 아쉽지만, 누가봐도 서울에서 홍어의 오리지널 맛을 느낄수 있는 몇안되는 집.
I knew I was good at eating skates.
Until I ate samhap, um... it had a distinctive taste, but it was not easy to eat after steaming, and the soup had to be squeezed.
It's a pity that I can't enjoy this taste, but it is one of the few places in Seoul where anyone can taste the original taste of skate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약하지 않으면 못먹는 곳이에요. 예약하지 않고 가면 허탕치게되는 맛집이에요. 2층에도 홀이 있구요. 신선한 홍어애를 서비스로 주시는데 정말 고소합니다. 여긴 막걸리도 직접 담근다네요. 맛있어요. 예약손님에겐 청주도 한잔씩 서비스로 주십니다. 담에 또 가고 싶네요.
It's a place you can't eat without a reservation. It's a restaurant that will be in vain if you don't make a reservation. There is also a hall on the second floor. They offer fresh skates as a service, and it's really nice. They also make makgeolli directly here. it's delicious. We also offer a glass of Cheongju to our reserved guests. I want to go to the dam again.

A neat side dish, healthy taste without seasoning. A place where skates are as delicious as they are expensive. A place where you don't have to worry about smelling on your clothes. Not your typical octopus stir-fry. Roasted with chili powder only, it is not sweet, and the original taste of octopus is better than that of seasoning. A house that calls makgeolli. A steamed restaurant that has received a blue ribbon consecutively from 2015 to this year.

예약은 2주전에 했으며, 최종 확인 2일 전에 진행.
예약 시 홍어애를 맞보았으면
좋겠다라고 부탁드렸더니
알겠다라고 흔쾌히 말씀하십니다.
(홍어애는 항상 있는 것이 아니라
그날 그날 운이 좋아야 먹는다는 말이 있습니다.)
약속시간에 맞추어 도착해
국내산 삼합 주문했습니다.
삼합이야 두말할나위 없이 맛나고요,
(강하지 않아 초보자도 충분히 도전 가능합니다.)
따로 준비해두었다면서 가져다 주신 홍어애,
정말 고소합니다.
특별히 부탁하지 않으면 못 먹는 귀한거라고 하니
일행의 눈들이 반짝반짝합니다.
얼마나 맛이 있었는지,
홍어삼합하고 홍어애만 촬영하고
밑반찬 촬영한 사진은 하나도 없네요. ㅋㅋ
사장님의 친절함과 푸짐한 인심 덕에
오랜만에 사람들과 정을 느끼고 갑니다.
